Meeting with court president, Mr. NON Nil, a reformer whom I’ve met when researching juvenile justice system in 1997 to Battambang Court; he is one month into his presidency of Siem Reap Court, transferred from Battambang Court where he was also president. In July 2008, he takes up his post in Phnom Penh as president of ECCC Trial Chamber. 17 April 2008.
